The MyPocketPDF Difference
Most online PDF tools upload your file to a remote server. We do not. We use advanced browser-based technology to run the conversion code directly on your computer.
This architecture ensures:
- Client-Side Processing: Your files never travel over the internet.
- Instant Security: Once you close the tab, all file memory is wiped instantly.
- Zero Data Retention: We have no database of user files.
3. Information We Collect
Because we do not handle user accounts or file uploads, our data collection is extremely minimal:
- Usage Analytics: We use aggregated, anonymous analytics (like Google Analytics) to see which tools are popular. This helps us decide what features to build next.
- Local Preferences: We use your browser's LocalStorage to save simple settings, such as your preferred language or theme.
