Your PC creates a short-lived session and shows a QR. The Android app pairs with a one-time token, runs Google’s document scanner (live edges, crop), then uploads the finished PDF to that session. Only the browser tab that created the session can download it.
Sessions expire quickly and are not a permanent cloud drive. For OCR or editing after download, use our other tools on the saved file.

Generate a New QR, connect again, and keep a single Cam Scan tab open. Phone and PC must use the same network path (production site or matching local API).
QR will not open the app
In Cam Scan tap Connect to PC and scan in-app, or use the phone Camera app so the mypocketpdf:// link opens MyPocketPDF.
Edges look wrong after scan
On the crop step, use Auto crop to adjust corners, or No crop if ML Kit already flattened the page. Re-scan with better lighting if needed.
I only have a laptop camera
